I used US infrastructure when l bought my new home in 2015 and they did a fantastic job. 2021 l went back to them to install my security camera and entertainment center in my newly constructed memory care and assisted living. I will highly recommend these guys to any person.

Simeon was great in answering the call for service. He came out to assess a job that had been started by another company but wasn't done right. Simeon didn't spend any time waiting, he immediately came and fixed the issue and was very cost effective. I would recommend his services for any one who needs IT services of any kind!

I recently moved to a new area in the city and was not familiar with any businesses that I could find recommended. I wanted my new TV to be mounted on my wall but I also wanted a technician who was knowledgeable and who I could trust. After unsuccessfully asking around for recommendations from friends, I decided to search he internet for some ideas and came across this company boasting many great ratings & reviews on HomeAdvisor. I don't know about you but when a company has 10 good ratings but a good score vs 200 great ratings with a good score, this speaks volumes. I set up the appt, the tech, Mr. Simeon (totally butchered his name, sorry) arrived on time, polite, courteous, asked me for input every step of the way to ensure he understood what I wanted, and worked away. It was complete so quickly, I was really surprised at how satisfied I was with the level of service, respect, and knowledge I saw, really confirming I made the right decision using these guys. Now my new house has a beautiful tv with clean lines and no wires in sittin on my livingroom wall and I couldn't be more ecstatic. Thank you!

Mr Simeon responded promptly to my inquiries and was very knowledgeable . I had to reschedule and to our surprise he came out with another tech guy on very short notice to do our project. They both were very professional , very quick and polite. They took time to answer all questions , made certain everything worked and cleaned up afterwards. Will definitely recommend them. Simon showed up ahead of committed time. He is very polite and knowledgeable about IT work. He mounted 3 TVs fir me and set up a 7.1 media room for me. He and his assistant worked non stop for many hours. Their work was of high quality and executed professionally. He actually advised me a solution for an unrelated issue with my internet/wifi installation. I will recommend him for any IT or media room related work. All work done at a reasonable price, no additional charges for any thing, just the agreed price.
